E&E Partners ITE to Launch State-of-the-Art
User Experience Hub

Institute of Technical Education (ITE) students from selected courses will now be able to use the latest technologies and software to create, develop and broadcast virtual productions, thanks to the new User Experience Hub (UX Hub) at ITE College Central, Singapore. The $2.6 million facility was set up together with seven partners – Alibaba Cloud (Singapore) Private Limited and its partner SCash Global; Blackmagic Design Asia Pte Ltd; Cgangs International Pte Ltd; Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd (E&E); HP Singapore; and Quantum Corporation. The seven partners signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 17 February in conjunction with the UX Hub launch.

Paju City Civic Center Upgrades Audio System to Adapt to a Wide Range of Events

To create a lively and engaging space for visitors to the Paju City Civic Center, TechDataPS Co. Ltd. installed a powerful audio system featuring HARMAN Professional Solutions.
Established in 1994, Paju City Civic Center is a public facility owned by the Paju City Facility Management Corporation, with five floors above ground and five basement floors. The public corporation utilizes the Center to promote the arts, host sporting events and improve the quality of life for Paju residents. However, the venue’s existing audio system presented major challenges, including inconsistent electrical work and a lack of output from the speaker amplifier, prompting organizers to commission a complete system overhaul.

Upon settling into new premises in West Java, GII Cornerstone Church also needed to usher in a flexible new sound system that would serve its congregation for worship services as well as for diverse events. The brand new, multifunctional auditorium, with a seating capacity of 800, hosts GII Cornerstone’s regular worship services, while also welcoming various events such as pop and rock concerts, musicals, networking conferences, and e-sports events.
