It has undoubtedly been a busy period for many of the manufacturers with almost back-to-back exhibitions. It seems that more than just seeing product launches, it was about meeting in person again. Asia will soon see its fair share of industry-related exhibitions though thankfully more spread out. Staying in the region, Lightware has set up its APAC HQ in Australia, while NewTek’s recent manoeuvres in Asia are resulting in significant growth for the company.

Lightware Visual Engineering Opens New Headquarters for the APAC Region

Lightware Visual Engineering, a global leading signal management and AV technologies manufacturer, has announced the opening of its new state-of-the-art offices in central Sydney, Australia. The new headquarters demonstrates the company’s long-term commitment to the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market. Located in the Newington Technology Park, the new APAC HQ features a dedicated training centre, a showroom, a tech lab, a warehouse, and office and meeting spaces.

Analog Way Partners with Softpix to Add SPX Graphics Integration to Picturall Media Server Line

Sennheiser Unveils Plans for Expanding the Evolution Wireless Digital Family

Sennheiser has unveiled its plans for expanding the Evolution Wireless Digital family of radio microphones. Named EW-DX, the new microphone systems will simplify professional workflows by utilizing refined technologies to deliver a digital UHF system that can be scaled with ease. The complete set of new EW-DX products will include handheld, bodypack and table stand transmitters, two two-channel receiver versions in a half 19” rack space (one with and one without Dante) as well as a four-channel Dante-enabled receiver in a full 19” format. The first flight of products and software will become available towards the end of 2022, with more items following in the first half of 2023.
