FIRST WORDS

Even as I key in these few words, I still feel the ‘zing thing’ – that I said about the SIIA 2021 which happened last week – still ringing actively in thoughts. It was a real reckoner, considering the factors that appeared to challenge it, and the way we have been able to turn it around. I look at it as our industry’s very own event, which is why I decided to make it this month’s first and top offering, only to be followed by InfoComm India 2021 GoVIRTUAL. Second year in the running on virtual platform, IFI maintained its connect and ability to present the best combo of AV fare.

Equally capturing my fascination this month is a projection mapping at Sambalpur in Odisha that dished out a whole big range of AV brands, which is quite another reckoner. Perhaps, an indicator of similar fare in future.
